CANCELLATIONS
You have 6 hours to cancel your order, beyond the time period all cancellations will be charged $5 art fee. We are continuously processing orders thats we need to charge for the artwork thats been started.
CHANGES
Photo Changes
If you want to change the photo that you submitted, you can change it within 6 hours after we received your order, after that window period, the artwork has been started and you will be charged $5 for any changes after.
Product Changes
If you want to change the product you have ordered you can make changes within 48 hours after we have received your order. Additional charges will depend on the products prices. Any changes after that will not be accepted.
RETURNS
We are committed to your satisfaction and will assist any concerns about your order, however because we are making custom products, we cannot do returns or refunds. Instead, we can offer replacement, credits or generous discounts.
