FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)


When will I receive my order?
It will take 2-3 days to complete your custom made graphics, you will receive an e-mail from us and once we get the approval from you to print, we will then queue your item for production. Production will take another 2-3 days.
Shipping may take up to 1 week depending on your location, full details will be sent through e-mail.
Please expect up to 2 weeks to receive your item from the time you placed your order.
For international orders it will take 2-3 weeks. 
Do you accept special rush orders?
Yes, under special circumstances, however additional fees will apply. Please e-mail us that we may look into your situation.
Do you accept orders for dogs and other pets?
Yes, although we are mainly focused on cats, we are also accepting dogs and other pets, please upload the photos as usual on your order.
Can you include human with the pet?
Not for now, but we will have this option soon.
Can I put more than two pets in one order?
Yes, please e-mail us and we will arrange this order for you, it may or may not be applicable to your chosen item. 
Can I change my order after it has been paid?
Changes must be made to an order within 6 hours after the time which it was placed.  If you would like to cancel an order after 6 hours has passed, a $5 (RM20) fee will be charged, this is because our creative team has started working on your order. By sending us an email before the 6 hours has passed, we will recognise the request for changes. 


When will I receive my tracking link?
You will receive your tracking link after we have finished the production of your items. This will take 5-7 days on average.
I can't find my country in the shipping options?
Due to shipping logistics and challenges, we may suspend delivering to some countries. If you encounter this, please contact us that we may assist how we can proceed with your order.
Why do I have different tracking links with my orders?
If you order multiple different items, we might send you different tracking links and the items will be shipped separately. We have different print partners all over the world and we want to make sure you will receive your order at the quickest time possible. 
Do I have to pay any custom fees?
Customs policies can vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility.


Do you think my cat will like my order?
Ofcourse! well'... we all know our cats, maybe they won't really show it, but of course they will like it! You will know once they scratched it!
So please send us a photo or tag us on social media with #printmycats once you received your order! We will post something special for your cat!
My cat destroyed my order!? Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately no. We are not accountable for anything that your cat may or may not do with your order. However, we may give you a special discount for re-ordering! And please don't be mad at your cat.
How can I sponsor a cat for rescue?
